David,

As you have some source for the $60 projection as to price...I will accept this as a reasonable estimate. However, I would still like to see it on the CPQ website so I would know 1) the price it actually comes out at and 2) that it is shipping. Don't have a stroke, David, I am saying that that pricing may not be the OEM pricing...which may be lower...or it could be the OEM pricing...and the price on identicator.com will be higher.

Secugen/NRI...I don't know what their pricing would be at an OEM level...you don't either. We could speculate all day...but that's all we could do. Obviously, both ESAF and Secugen would love an OEM and would be willing to take less of a profit to get OEM busines...just like everyone else. So enough about that.

As to the lack of press from ESAF being telling about revenue expectations...I doubt it. We are drawing a negative inference here...which is the weakest form of evidence. To be accurate we have to be sure that the reason for the lack of press is a lack of enthusiasm about the relationship in terms of revenue projections... I am not so sure...they may be other reasons for the lack of press...after all...don't they have to wait until the CEO "burps" to say something? Maybe their relationship is not nailed down yet and there are still details to work out...or maybe ESAF has been rather busy recently and have not gotten it out yet...or maybe any one of a number of possibilities. Your theory as to the lack of press is just that: a theory. I don't know what theory I subscribe to...but I think I will wait for something official before I pass judgement.

I did not mean to "tarnish" IDX's almighty reputation by comparing them to WhoVision. I think I made it clear in my last post that the only reason I brought them up was because there have been "expectation" releases in the industry before that have not panned out...and that therefore I take no one's word for what they expect and I wait to see results. Indeed the situations would not be comparable if there was a release about the DFR300 shipping...or if I could find it on the CPQ website for purchase...or if there were some way I could confirm it was shipping...and I can't.

Regards,
Bob
