This is the worst "pump" I've seen in some time:
"If you want an indication of whats working and what is not, check out UTSI. They are kicking serious butt on the basis of a dynamic network architecture, they are dedicated to the Soft Switch and facilitate differing stadards, fiber, wireless...dont matter. Now that is a business model.
UTSI is the first serious threat to CSCO to come along in 10 years. That is not a prediction, what it says is that the Network itself is changing to accomadate variables unforcasted 4 years ago, UTSI gets it, they dont give a damn what system some vulture capitalist wants, they strive to deliver a product that pays back the investor and provides the user with what they are looking for, Sadly CORV never got it."
BTW, according to UTSI's web brochure-ware on 3G, they only claim to support WCDMA and TD-SCDMA.
I can say I support TD-SCDMA, because there aren't any commercially viable networks, not to mention standards, in the galaxy (won't be for some time), and WCDMA has less than 200,000 customers worldwide.
The standard they chose not to support (1X-EV), already has 45 million active customers.
This is the business model you are raving about?
Regardless, we are all selling our CORV and buying UTSI based on your very granular explanation of of the technology.
Now please go peddle/babble somewhere else, where they appreciate vague regurgitation of website brochure-ware... |
