Great post. NN is on its own, forget the takeover, now we get to trade NN as a normal company, with a 35 1 year price target. That is more than 35% from here!

PS: ignore the analysts that keep saying that without a takeover the stock would crumble. What a bunch of baloney. Best to see what other opinions the specific analyst has, and make sure you ignore those opinions as well.
