Larry- this deal has strong belief in the tooth fairy and Peter Pan The fact that some mystical party is more interested in 1/2 the company than the entire company, and further, is will bid up shares of Sid Kemp @ co. to great heights is beyond me. I'm surprised you bought into the spin control. 1/2 is greater than the whole??? Somebody is selling you something that I'm not buying. Max
