Was there any indication as to why NN sold their share in
Seabridge ?

I didn't think NN was cash hungry.

It looked like Seabridge products were a good fit for the NN product line.

Are they trying to severe some of the CLOSE links with Seimens ?

I hope they got a better deal than when the sold Vienna and ACC.
