John, correct answer&#151wrong question.

Nobody is arguing about MSFT's position inre: the net. The issue is that they are using business practices which are not in the interests of fair competition; you know, capitalism?

A capitalist strives to make money by doing his thing better and/or cheaper than his competition. A monopolist strives to make money using unscrupulous tactics to eliminate the competition. Surely with your level of experience in business, you can see this.

Redirecting focus off the actual argument does not make your point. Try again.
