Oldtrader. A few years back dell was not so hot. They took their eye from the ball. Now it is glued there and other are failing to emulate them for whatever reasons and falling by the wayside.
They might as well(CPQ, GTQ) turf their distribution methods
as they will die sooner if they do not.
they both have the ability to make it a three way race among equals, if only they will do it.
The only advantage dell has is their model and that embodies no distribution and lean fabrication facility.
Anyone who copies exact in the Intel way can do it. Both CPQ and GTW are able to do it, will they?
