According to U.S. Senator John Kyle, head of the intelligence committee,Bush does not need the congressional O.K. to enter and attack Iraq. Iraq is still under the agreement that was forged with Bush 41 and the U.N. Which states that the U.S. may enter and attack when ever Iraq is in breach of the contract. KFYI Phoenix A.Z. 9:39 A.M.
