The company they're referring to is probably this one... enigmagroup.com This is one of their claims: Enigma-7 is the revolutionary encryption tool for MS Windows users. First released in 1996, the variable length key of between 4,096 and 36,000 bits make Enigma-7 one of the strongest encryption products publicly available.
