I think we're saying the same thing.....just saying it a different way.... 'Clearly, in the near future, the SS system is going to be cash poor but I think it will be a temporary bubble....expensive but temporary. The system is going to need to increase its cash flow or decrease its payouts. I get amused by the suggestion that we will have to retire at a later age.....as if employers are going to keep us on the job for a longer time. As you are aware, I'm sure, it's tough to remain on the job without being squeezed after ones late 50's..
