Oh .......goodie we can buy more shares at a lower price?? We just have a few more days in the middle of November to straighten out the ASEor ASC on insider trading from the past .....then we can go after the SEC for insider trading of the past and present management team with the Allen Sarraoff on the executive committee and the new Board of Directors, being held responsible for this new delusion direction. I forgot who change the SFA protocol from 98 or was that 97" . I see no problem here either..... How do you issue a press release on an offering and have no prospectus or is this just another confidential private placement memorandum? "These securities are not registered... and may not be sold in the U.S. absent registration or applicable exemption...." Management must disclose all information in order to make any decision on this offering.......and they haven't done a thing , other than getting Naxos FL cheaper and cheaper to the new buyers. F**k YOU shareholders in SIDNEYSHIP this is little sidney's attitude and he doesn't have to do a thing because he has a NEW COMPANY CALLED DEKKA and it was financed by those dumb Franklin Lake shareholders who believed in................... A BELIEVER not a SUCKER.... I already paid my dues and I'm not going out without a fight........ so take whatever you call this and stick this up your .... and light it... with.more flames to follow...I just beginning to get pissed ...
