I went back to the Waterhouse Home Page. They have a section called "Compare Our Prices." In there they have a "Commission Calculator." If you plug in 5000 shares, the commission comes up as $12.
So, I called Waterhouse and told them this. They refunded me my $99. (3 x (45-12))
Check your trade confirmation sheets.
Other than this, I have had good business with them.
