With yesterday's near 5million historical record volume and today's heavy volume, I think SIRC might have already cleared most of the overhang from the former business partners and shareholders. In last several months,it seems those people (MM's as well) sold in every rally, which was the main reason SIRC staying at a range between $1 1/2 to $3.

Now with the overhang mostly gone, I would hope SIRC will rise in coming months with good news.
