Don't think they'll release earnings until they move to Nasdaq. They didn't do an IPO, they bought a shell company and went forward from there. OTC's are less regulated and more volatile than NASDAQ. The trades are pretty much done manually. Hope that helps. Read all the posts or call the company for more info. CJacks
