NEW PICK - ** AGAM ** This was just highlighted on Briefing and this looks good after some quick DD (revenues and earnings have ramped up dramatically in the last 3 quarters). I am most encouraged because many states like mine are thinking about expanding gaming in the state due to revenue shortfalls.

Acres Gaming (AGAM) 5.16 +0.34: --Morning Note-- Roth Capital reiterates Strong Buy and a 12-month price target of $9.88. AGAM's private placement for approximately 5 mln in cash is to be used to redeem ITG preferred stock; new money consists of debentures convertible by holder at fixed premium to closing market price. Firm views refinancing as positive step for AGAM in continuing to position itself for rapid growth. Furthermore, firm believes AGAM presents strengths in its patents, as demonstrated by Mikohn Gaming (MIKN) paying $1.5 mln in rolyalties on AGAM's bonusing patents. Roth thinks AGAM to be one of best software developing companies serving the industry, recognizes significance of possibility of new jurisdiction introducing or expanding casino style gaming which would increase earnings potential.
