Hey Ron: I really enjoy your optimism concerning this stock. I am long on this baby. But also realistic.

IMO a press release stating that Green Oasis is up and running is not going to launch this stock. What will launch it is the conversion of the Purchase Agreements to revenue flow.

As I understand the current purchase agreements, and please correct me if I am off base, GRNO needs to demonstrate that the system is operational before the agreement is finalized. The customer is king. When the customer says yes, it works, I'll pay up, that is when this company takes off. Earnings are everything.

I would be pleasantly surprised if GRNO is able to bank on any agreement to proceed in this quarter. That is why I see Q197 as the launch quarter for GRNO. And I don't see GRNO over 3 before Christmas/Passover.

What is especially sweet is the added revenue that GRNO will be able to generate from their refinery above and beyond the sale of their backlog. This income/tax benefit is going to have a very positive impact on any Forward EPS for this stock. In fact, I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF WE SEE $2.00 EPS for 1997 with per share valuation between $11 and $13 this time next year. And I think I'm being conservative. I would love to know how the analyst view this stock and its earnings potential.

Keep the Faith!

Marty
