To tell you the truth the movement from $1 to the current price is based on some rumors of large contracts in the pipes.

I think the sling is from people that are betting that the contract rumors are just that. The people breaking even are indeed from 1997 and beyond. They are more than happy to be out even after so many years.

If Millar and co come through this time around I wouldn't be surprised to see APTD take one of two routes.

1) Buyout

2) Eventual listing on the Nasdaq small cap.

If for some reason management doesn't come through then we will all feel like jackasses.
