CatLady, as I stated earlier the 6.1 million escrowed shares were discussed between myself and Nasdaq777 sometime ago. These shares were for A.R. Brooks NOT Merced. From their press release that brought CASHCO to the attention of the investing world!!!! >>As consideration for the seven year exclusive license, Cashco will pay a licensing fee of $250,000 over a six moth period and EHI will issue to Merced 1,500,000 shares of its Convertible Preferred stock, convertible into Common Stock of Cashco or into EHI common stock under certain circumstances. << Sorry for the delay.
