cirrus, that's standard operating procedure for rallies on both sides. Local party officials always hand out tickets to the party faithful. That assures a respectable crowd size. It has always been so for both political parties. Wilkes Barre is filled with the nation's largest swing voter bloc...Catholics. They're a diversified group that can be persuaded to rearrange their traditional priorities for the overall welfare of USA. Pres Bush gave a great speech...I'm confident he will win their support on Nov 2.
