I outlined what all the issues were. biggest issue was all the megers I outline.. 4 or 5 compnaies and ascend is in merger mania disarray this yr. go back and find last sunday post where I outlined all the issues. they having shipped any of this new prodcut in europe and japan was weak too. 34% of ascends business use to be outside US. plus, given they are going to miss that. then no use working overtime and why ship stuff right at monthend. let it make the next qtr on target. I also indicated that ascend got a slow start. shipped on 60+ mm in july and aug. wasn't that much better. find the post on sunday
