What amuses me is that Sharon is barking up a wrong tree by going after Arafat.

Sharon knows exactly which "tree" he's barking up. The one containing the Nobel Peace Prize recipient who has received billions of aid from willing dupes in the the West who buy the "freedom fighter" act. Sharon would much rather have Hamas to deal with. They have the disadvantage of being an honest organization. "Destroy Israel and Kill the Jews" is a harder sell in Europe. At least I hope it is.
