Bruce,

Any guessing on imminent news would be just that, but keep in mind major up and down moves in the past year or two have generally been in advance of news, which is a different issue altogether. Of course, with the lab reinspection being the most notable expected short-term news, it would seem logical that all went/is going well, although the "went" part seems more likely. Again, this is just speculation. The other wildcard that eventually will come into play will involve later strategic alliance/s that are being sought out for the gene therapy technology.

ATIS has also often been fairly easy to read from a technical perspective, although distance of drops and rebounds are harder to guess. Pity with my cost average I'm behind, also...surprise, huh?

The next step would be for the trades to no longer just be the little guy, but with the trade averages being @1000 shares, obviously the big fella haven't yet joined the fray. Legit. good fundamental news in the future leaves an awful lot of room upward to run as a result.

Hope all is going well.

Marshall
