GV - at least they could use semantics as an excuse when they were talking about making money on the share repurchase program. Pretty hard to come up with excuse when you provide family as an excuse for Meredith resignation and go into detail about his children but get facts wrong.

I don't really blame IR though, I think managment doesn't provide them enough info on timely basis
