Side business in that they will be spinning off this part of the 'potential' business into a separate company which will be eventually listed.. As to where it is going to be a question although separate company is being registered in Australia.. As a share holder in NPK.TO, I do hope it is TSXV .. But who knows.. Current share holder will get 1 share of this separate company for 1 share of Verde Agritech that they own. Special meeting on December 20th for share holder vote.. FWIW
