The measure of the Volatility of the VIX has risen from 75 to 140 in the last 11 trading days.
i see this as Bearish, as the market is fighting downward pressure and we KNOW whose job it is to battle always to "stabilize" the market, there actual mandate is that, it is the PWG.
So PWG actually increases volatility by it's repeated jam up actions.
Can't expound now, but i and another fellow have noted the the likely key indicator of PWG is at work is that virtually ALL stocks go up.
We suspect they have been using the futures on the All Stocks Wilshire index as their prefered manipulation.

Just food for thought.
But i have witnessed this quite a few times, seeing the good/bad and ugly of virtually every stock going up in price.
