Wall St is interested in Q1 '97, not Q4 '96. Consensus estimated earnings for Q1 '97 look miserable and a part - perhaps major - reason is the depressed condition of the computer market. I note that institutional holdings are rather constant and there is just no market activity. There's no reason why IOM should jump up unless either it becomes clear that they will handsomely exceed expected earnings for the quarter, or one of the institutions decides to take a flier. In the mean time they will follow NASDAQ short-term.
