Like I said, if you read all the post and didn't prejudge it. I'm as much as as expert as anyone on cost and how they can get slammed when you finally close out the books. inventory loses, obsolescence loses, the cost of goods adjust that is made for first in , first out. I see their systems as totally useless right now merging 5 compnaies together. The COGS adjustment for actual cost of inventory can nail them easy when they ave inventory that turns this slow. Since I wrote the systems for all the adjustements over the last decades , it's easy to have nightmares...ggggggggg
