Mr. Terry Lashman reports

LUXOR'S MILL FRAME LLC AWARDED TURNKEY FRAMING CONTRACT FOR THE GATEWAY APARTMENTS PROJECT IN BOTHELL, WASHINGTON BY THE RUSH COMPANIES

Luxor Industrial Corp.'s subsidiary, USA Mill Frame LLC, has been awarded a turnkey framing contract for the Gateway Apartments project in Bothell, Wash., by The Rush Companies. This is the company's first contract with Rush. Luxor's 2016 USA framing contracts now total in excess of $18-million (U.S.) or $23-million (Canadian).

Luxor's subsidiary Mill Frame Inc. will be supplying all framing materials including prefabricated walls and engineered floor systems produced at its manufacturing facilities in Chilliwack, B.C., in addition to on-site labour. Luxor is partnering with a trading house to assist with the financing of the framing materials.

Jon Hunter, president of Mill Frame LLC, comments, "We are excited to work with The Rush Companies on this project and I feel privileged to work with our very talented management, design team, prefabrication workers, on-site crew and supervisors, and am confident that we will complete this project on budget and on time."
