Could be. 60 +/- was good enough for me; I bought more. Perhaps I'm leaving money on the table, or perhaps I'm an outright fool, but only time will tell.
Two things I found significant this week were the low volume and options expiration.
There's so much concern (and press coverage) about:
Russia,
Inflation (a few weeks ago people were worrying about _deflation!_),
Interest rates and the Fed,
Y2K,
Summer doldrums,
Kosovo,
Asia,
Europe,
China,
overvaluation of Internet stocks,
(specific to SUNW) Wintel,
etc.
that I can't help thinking we're near a local minimum.
