I notice a mention of Nokia in the release. The mention is admittedly oblique but I don't recall Nokia being mentioned in previous releases. Had I missed it or is this another potential door opening ? P.S. - many thanks to Richard Roberts for sharing his notes on the China Telecom 2000 conference.
