Anyone know how those stockholders the the suit was filed "on behalf of" (myself included) can find details about the complaint.

I've got some free time. I'd love to offer my services in helping to see Bud nailed against the wall. Having lost 1000s from this company and witnessed his constant BS, my view of the securities industry would be significantly redeemed if Bud is penalized for what he is: a common criminal.
