A 13D just filed. Putnam investments has reduced its Vantive holdings to 0. Given that they held 3.6 million shares of stock in December that's a HUGE amount of selling pressure. I wonder if that means that any incoming buying power could get the stock moving again?

Putnam was the second largest holder behind Amerindo which has been doing all of its buying at these prices in the last 6 months.
