Everything is interrelated. What you are seeing now is Cross Market Liquidation. When one sector falls (eg. banking) a lot of margin is destroyed, which generates margin calls. Which causes sell offs in sectors totally unrelated (eg. internet). Russia and Asia has more effect than you think. A lot of the value in CMGI is based on the market value of other stocks (Lyco,Geocites,etc.), which is also tanking. Unless you see a quick general market rebound, I would doubt CMGI will see the 70's again for quite a while.
