Hello Eddie, no earning downgrades seen in the near future. Expected loss for next quarter is $0.02/share. As a matter of fact, earnings estimate should be on the upside if anything.

This stock is moving back to the $8 3/8 level before heading back to $10 and you can guess what investors will shout when it does:
"Takeover in the works".
