Of course, everyone should have a shot at the top spot, that is why we call it a democracy.

If he botches the surgery because his hands shake and he can't see very good we'll get him on as an airline pilot.

Equal rights for none (except the victims) and special rights for all (except the taxpayer) We can all be victims together. Oh wait, that won't work, someone has to pay for it.
