AMD LOSES IN COURT

Jerry Sanders gave Altera a Patent cross license and then turned around and sued Altera for Patent Infringement!

Way to go Jerry!

And he lost the SUIT.

Now he opened himself and AMD up for ALtera's COUNTER-SUIT.

More money being wasted away at the Sunnyvale White House!

Anybody surprised?
