Interesting that Niles upgrades HPQ on the morning of the day that DELL reports earnings. Niles has been bullish on HPQ for some time and this is probably just another effort to prop up the shares, this time in anticipation of more news from DELL that they are stealing market share and a likely announcement that DELL will be entering the printer space.
