Well I was sure thrilled with this attempt. There is a little Italian restaurant in Brule that has the best sausage for both a sandwich and on pizza. Naturally he makes it himself and isn't giving recipes away:) This attempt was as good IMO. I passed samples around the campground and everyone was impressed so it wasn't just me.
