leroy-- promise vs. reality... a few years ago the promise was massive deployment of premium priced equipment.... and WSTL was a leading supplier. the current reality is that there will likely be limited deployment continuing well into 2000, this deployment will be dominated by ALA, and it will consist primarily of cheap equipment with slim margins.
