12:19 ET Rocky Mountain Internet (RMII) 12 3/16 +2 3/4. Stock opened up about 10 7/8 and has kept rising on press release that it completed a tiny Kansas Internet company for all of $1.7 million. The company has only $1 million in revenue, and the letter of intent to acquire the company was announced a while ago (Sep. 29 on Business Wire), so this isn't even "new" news. That has increased the market value of RMII by $20 million today. Hey, that doesn't make sense from a fundamental standpoint, but once these stocks get momentum, that is all that counts. 5-minute chart
