CG, Charity, in the past, was handled best by charitable, private, organizations who saw that every dollar went to the needy. That kind of charity, I am for. The liberal, or big government attitude in general, is to take the money, use up 70% of it in bureaucratic boondoggles, and then give the left over 30% to the selective groups that they can count on to vote their way. The needy were better off under the private system, and will be again.
