No.

Waco was a police matter.

We have a law called "Posse Comitus" that prevents the military from being used in such an event in America.

There were some military observers and advisors at the scene...because a variety of weapons were encountered. They did not participate in the raid.

Here is an article in the LA Times (one of the most liberal publications in America) on who started the Waco fire.
