Terence,

About a month ago, I posted the following question to you:

I tried to use Wall Street Explorer today. When I tried to add new securities, I encountered the "illegal operations" problem. I found that this problem occurred at the very beginning of this thread, some 4 months ago. Shouldn't this problem be solved already? Or do I need to read all the >140 messages to find out the solutions? I am using Win95, IE 3.0, Gateway 166 with 64mg ram.

Thanks for your response."

So far, I have not received any response. I would like to know whether you were offended by the tone of the question (the question was not meant to be critical) and would respond only to positive feedback or if there is some other reason. I do appreciate if you could help me resolve the problem I have. Thanks.
