Lurker,

I went back and checked my confirmation sheets for October. I made 11 trades for 5,000 shares and was charged $12.00 each time. I often will make 2 or 3 trades instead of a single trade to take advantage of the $12.00 rate. To the best of my knowledge I have never been charged more than $12.00 on a round lot of 5,000.

I don't understand how you got charged $45.00. I thought the commission was automatically calculated. Did you place the order through a live broker while the WebBroker was down?

Thanks for the warning, I will keep my eyes open.
