Better than expected but still poor. At least revenue growth is there. But 19 cent loss on every dollar of operating revenue is pretty scary. Thank god for the 56 million in the bank. The interest helps smooth over the income statement. The Web products seem to have contributed ziltch. Less dependence on AS/400 product which is good.

*Hopefully* this is the investment in sales, acquisistions and R&D will start to pay off by 4th quarter. If there is no improvement by then, then write these guys off.

Watch for a small increase Tuesday, but don't hold your breath.
