Assuming chapter 11, what happens to holders of current shares?

Lawsuits :-(. Glad to hear you got out when you did before this latest bombshell. I lost money on them last year when the west coast debacle hit and the stock dropped from the mid-20's to the low teens. It's been all downhill since then. I'll continue to watch BGLS but won't be a buyer at this time.
