Why with certainty, Saddan had to be removed as the ruler of Iraq. The key facts or opinions that have to me the highest relavance and importance in concluding Saddam had to be removed are well spoken by David Kay. In an interview with Tom Brokaw, David Kay described what the "bales of documents" found and Iraqi scientists revealed about what was going on in Iraq. David Kay: They describe in Iraq that was really spinning into a vortex of corruption from the very top in which people were lying to Saddam, lying to each other for money; the graft and how much you could get out of the system rather than how much you could produce was a dominant issue. Also David Kay: Look, I found no real connection between WMD and terrorists. What we did find, and as others are investigating it, we found a lot of terrorist groups and individuals that passed through Iraq. msnbc.msn.com Systemic individual corruption and in effect a safe haven for terrorist groups passing through.
