A spinout story involving a Shining Tree Camp company... but, it's not SRSR... Benton Resources had a 60% option on Golden Harp's Copper Hill Property... Among other things, they also had a gold find they were developing east of the Molycorp Mountain Pass mine... They just did a spin off giving one share in the newco for one share in old bentonresources.ca They were trading combined for around $0.23 to $0.28 before... BNRJF is the new ticker for the U.S. oldco listing Now, the oldco is trading for $0.12 and the newco is trading for $0.79... or a combined $0.91... around a 3X Not sure the newco still holds the Copper Hill option... I think they gave that up a while back... but, I'll check...
