Ram-- I doubt very much that ALYD has "refused" to provide info to StockSmart. StockSmart doesn't do its own research, but pulls material from other sources--probably a single source. And they seem to be less interested in pink sheets than in listed stocks, perhaps not unreasonably. So often when you call up a pink sheet you'll see a message requesting anyone who works for the company, or anyone with information, to send it to them. But as far as I can tell, they don't get in touch with the company directly to ask for material. No big deal, in my view. Janice
