SPACS SPINNING THEIR WHEELS - One commentary on the "SPAC" Report was questioning the reasoning of the existence for SPAC'S as few deals get completed.

The only strategy with all this work/due diligence has been to buy the units/ sell the warrants collect the small differential which slightly beats T-Bill rates. I would think there would be some genius that could in todays environment buy & improve a company to offset the insider dilution, but I guess with the current private equity situation (high seller expectations/risks that the "SPAC" won't complete and negative/opportunistic hedge funds looking for the escrow cash/t-bill return) that is nearly impossible.
